Parking Information

  • Parking is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Hotel Shuttle is available 7 days a week from 6:00am - 10:45pm.
  • 5-10 minutes ride to and from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Arrival Instructions

  • Once you arrive to the property, direct your vehicle towards the valet attendant and present your email confirmation receipt.
  • The valet attendant will arrange transportation from the hotel to LAX.

Shuttle Return Instructions

  • Proceed to the upper level (Departures).
  • Wait by the red Hotel Shuttle sign.
  • Text/Call +1 (310) 405-7906 once you are ready and at the Hotel Shuttle sign. Provide your name, phone number, number of passengers, and terminal.

It was perfect - the only negative experience in our travel was experiencing the incredible ineptness of the Airport Authority at LAX - but I would highly recommend both “AC Hotels AirPort Parking” and the AC Hotels - we will indeed travel to down El Segundo to have a meal at the hotel the staff was courteous and professional and our car was treated like a eexoctic sports card.

Shuttle driver to the airport was professional, conversational and perfect - coming back we had to take a cab though no fault of this group - all of the hassle falls squarely on those who have destroyed LAX.

I understand LAX is taking multiple measures to reduce terminal traffic, but the shuttle bus system is in desperate need of improvement. Whether this is the airport's responsibility or the parking service I do not know, but it needs work desperately.
